I’m still on my low-carb diet and it has been going so well. Some days are hard but really when it comes down to it I really don’t want anything else. When given a choice to eat bad I’m able to say “Um not worth it.” It is amazing to look at something you use to eat all the time and see that it has enough carbs in one serving to last me two days. I had a few cookies this last Saturday but it didn’t effect anything and I don’t consider it a fail. If I refused, even though I really wanted it, I could have binged later and a few cookies are a lot better then what I use to do.
I’m back to my pre-pregnancy weight, in a size 12 jeans (which are loss), my waist is finally 29.5” again, I no longer wear plus size clothing. I plan on taking a picture of what shirts I use to wear compared to now. I feel so much better and days that I’m tired I still feel good. When I wake up in the morning I don’t feel like a truck ran over me. I run after my baby without being out of breath (well, not right now my asthma is really bad but on good days!)
As you can see you have to low-carb diet can do a lot of positive changes with your body especially if you follow what has to be done. Indeed, doing what is required still plays a great role in our lives.
